Day 11 - Part One

Today's weigh in:

+2.6 from last week
No loss!

Needless to say I am not in a vey good space right now. When I wasn't trying and it was right out of my DNC surgery I weighed 176 lbs. so how is it when I become more active and try to watch what I am eating is when I gain so much. I honestly can say I feel like quitting. This is so frustrating. What am I doing wrong. I even thought that maybe I would see a difference in my inches because I feel better physically and thought I looked smaller. But there has been no change whatsoever! What am I doing wrong? Argh!

  1. you aren't doing anything wrong. Most people notice an initial gain when beginning a new workout regimen, especially if they are doing greater amounts of cardio than ever before due largely to your body converting that stored fat into muscle. So, since muscle weighs more than fat and is not as obtrusive and noticeable as fat, you won't see the inch loss you want right away. Keep at it though and the inches will give way to toned muscle!
