Fitness day 3 - Weigh in

Current weight - 180.8
Previous weight - 180 (+0.8lbs)
Waist - 34
Hips - 42

Definitely not what I was expecting after 2 weeks of not really caring. Did Zumba Core on the Wii last night and I think I did something to my lower back. But it could be just lack of use and muscles trying to work and tone. however, I will be taking it pretty easy today just in case.
