Fitness day 3 - Weigh in
Current weight - 180.8
Previous weight - 180 (+0.8lbs)
Waist - 34
Hips - 42
Definitely not what I was expecting after 2 weeks of not really caring. Did Zumba Core on the Wii last night and I think I did something to my lower back. But it could be just lack of use and muscles trying to work and tone. however, I will be taking it pretty easy today just in case.

Fitness Challenge - Day 2
I think I did okay today. I tried to keep my calorie intake down, but ended up going over. Luckily I still had my fitness to do which helped. I did my Zumba on the Wii for an hour. I did the lower intensity one today as I am trying to vary my routines. I also tried doing it in my bare-feet. Which is not recommended but I was on carpet so I thought I would try. It was okay until the end when my feet started burning from all the friction. So I am going to have to try something else. I have seen these things that you put on your shoes to help with moving on carpet. I may try that.
Other than that, I got some work done in the sewing vector. Finally finished beading a friends overskirt to one of her costumes. And then I have started beading her underskirt and bodice that matches. Am I crazy? Possible, but it will look really pretty.

Not exactly what I was expecting. I guess this is what happens when I just keep trying. Let's hope I will have more success!

So I didn't realize it has been a week since I have posted! And what a week I guess! Although nothing extremely crazy happened, but I really wasn't in the mood to post.so I will say a few things, then it's off to bed for me.
