Fitness Challenge - Day 6-8

Back is getting better. Which is nice.


Got to do a little bit of Zumba throughout the weekend. But only like a couple of songs and very mild. I also looked up some hip stretches to do to see if I could work it out. It helps a little. But I have also been putting ice packs on there as well as a heating pad at night. The thing is, it goes all the way down to my calf. Maybe there is a nerve pinch? I don't know, I am not in a ton of pain. Just a little discomfort. I will keep working on it and see what happens.

Started my new job today. It was a ton of information given to me, and a lot to do tomorrow as well as more training. I am really excited. I think this will work. I can still do all of my other activities without having to take off work. And of course my co-workers think I do a whole lot, when I really don't feel like that. Oh well. I like to stay busy and keep active. Otherwise, gloom and doom happens, and we don't want that do we?
